Gala

The Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation’s Gala is the premiere fundraising and social event of the year. It is the largest of its kind in Markham, Stouffville, Unionville and surrounding communities, raising much needed funds to support our community’s health. Guests include influential business leaders, decision-makers and individuals. Numerous sponsorship opportunities are available.

Golf Tournament

Held each year in August, the annual Golf Tournament is the longest running fundraising event in support of Markham Stouffville Hospital. Golfers have the exclusive opportunity to play at York Downs Golf & Country Club, one of Ontario’s private and most prestigious golf courses. Many exclusive sponsorship opportunities are available for this long-standing event.

CIBC Celebration of Hope

This CIBC Celebration of Hope is an annual luncheon hosted by the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation. It brings together the community to celebrate, educate and bring awareness about breast cancer, other cancers and the people it affects.

MSH School Program

Each spring, over 12,500 students support Markham Stouffville Hospital by participating in a run/walk or other fundraiser hosted at their school. Whether a loonie & toonie day, 5K run/walk, civvies day (non-uniform clothing), or other fundraiser – every dollar makes a difference. No school event is complete without a visit from our mascot, Dr. Bear.

MSH Leaders

The MSH Leaders are a group of young professional volunteers, aged 30-50 years, who are dedicated to raising funds in support of Markham Stouffville Hospital. Annual events include Night at the Races at Woodbine Racetrack, Hockey Night in Stouffville, and RUN4MSH at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon.
