Arthur Latchham's generosity is remembered through the Latcham society.

The Latcham Society recognizes and honours individuals who share a common vision for the future of health care in our community and have chosen to make a legacy gift to Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation.

Latcham Society members receive regular updates on what is happening at MSH, exclusive invitations to events and recognition in our publications and on our Latcham Society Panel.

About Arthur Latcham

Arthur Latcham believed that there is nothing more important to a community than health care. That is why he donated 50 acres of land in 1967 for the building of Markham Stouffville Hospital.

Mr. Latcham created the ultimate legacy for the future of our community and helped to realize a dream to build a first-class hospital to support our growing community. Markham Stouffville Hospital opened its doors to our community in 1990.
